COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS: ~ CLEANING: We have implemented updated and thorough cleaning procedures to help keep you and your loved ones safe and healthy ~ DOWNTOWN: Gay Street is the heart of Downtown Knoxville and is about a 20 minute drive (depending of traffic). ~ SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK: Access the park from either the Gatlinburg entrance (about an hour and 15 minute drive) of the Townsend entrance (about a 45 minute drive). We are committed to implementing and maintaining detailed, rigorous, and comprehensive cleaning protocols between each guest departure to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and safety in adherence to guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and state and local regulations. We follow EPA recommendations for approved disinfecting products and solutions, and we clean, disinfect, and sanitize all high-touch surfaces. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests and service-providers come into contact with, including (but not limited to) keys, doorknobs, handrails, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. All linens and towels are washed in between each guest.
