I was initially hesitant to share positive feedback, as I would like to keep this gem for myself. Then I realized it is important for people to know how good this place is, and I hope it will stay the same when we are back. I guess I will write the feedback in a few categories LOCATION - 5/5. Walking distance to the mall via the ground floor or the Lobby FACILITIES - 4/5. Great view from the pool however it can get really cold so you plan to swim at night. The gym is great with all the basic needs. I am not sure about the badminton court as it gets windy on the 18th floor. The list is super slow, it takes ages to arrive. The bin in the rubbish room is not always there. FEATURES - 5/5. My favorite of all. Kenneth has it all - fridge, washing machine, and most IMPORTANTLY, and I think most hosts neglect this, is the WATER FILTER! When you are visiting Malaysia, having drinkable water is a must! HOST - 5/5. Very responsive to my questions and quick to action. Well Done Kenneth!

Kenneth's place was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for the three of us. The apartment is beautifully decorated and clean and conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall. We would love stay here again if we come to KL in the future.
