Modern energy-efficient building just 2 minutes by foot from the Werder train station and 45 minutes from Berlin Central train station. The sleeping arrangement is a cozy, soft, and comfortable double-mattress based setup. It is located in the living room of the apartment. The living room is on the way from bedrooms to the kitchen and thus is used by anyone living in the apartment. Quiet and clean space. Nice neighbors. Dishes are to be cleaned by hand. Neither a washing machine in the apartment nor laundromats in the town are available. Manual washing is never done by anyone in the apartment. A public dry cleaning service is available in the town.

The house manager Max did three things which help me very much but by the normal rule of airbnb, he need not to do so. 1. I went to the house before the booked time and choose to take dinners around, when Max goes there, he goes to the restaurant and find me directly. 2. When I told him, I do not know how to operate on the VBB machine for traffic tickets, he brings me to the machine and teaches me very carefully. 3. When I come back to Berlin and find that my glasses are missed in the house, Max just take it to Berlin and give back to me. I really do not know how to express my thanks to him
