I will say this rental unit is beautifully remodeled and located in a great area. I felt comfortable enough to walk my dog in the neighborhood and it was centrally located. The hosts are extremely responsive and communicate well as long as you communicate well. As far as amenities, they provided the bare minimum. They gave us just enough towels for the listed amount of guests. They were out of dish soap & didn’t have an iron when we arrived so they graciously delivered after requesting. There was no blow dryer or any kind of cleaning supplies. Some of the blankets they provided had urine stains. The unit itself required some serious maintenance. I found water damage under the sink, there were door handles coming off, the garage they advertised as our parking space looked like it was ran over by a car, and some closet doors were coming off their tracks.

Communication was easy and fast. I had a few problems, checking out and during the stay. The code for the door was send wrong, the house was not very clean (dust everywhere) and during the last night we had a mouse situation at the house. The owners didn't seem very worried about what happened, they just apologized, but they didn't ask if we were well or if we needed something.

This place we use for the weekend was amazing the host worked with us to let us check in early... Overall they did an amazing job with everything... I would stay here again.

This place advertising a long list of amenities, most of which are missing or broken. Basic necessities such as towels and toilet paper are not provided.
