Tout était parfait, très bonne communication de Danny qui est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et lumineux. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Duisburg !
Cosy stay, all went well with both check in and check out. Clean and spacious apartment. Very interesting theme.
Lage und Preis sind top. Wohnung war etwas schmutzig (dreckiges Handtuch, dreckige Badezimmerwand). Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet, für einfache Mahlzeiten aber ausreichend (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, einfache Herdplatte), keine Gewürze, Zucker o.ä. vorhanden Der Gastgeber hat sehr viele Nachrichten geschickt, aber alle wirkten wie Standardnachrichten, konkrete Fragen wurden recht spät oder gar nicht beantwortet. Das verschmutzte Handtuch wurde ausgetauscht, für den restlichen Dreck stellte man uns eine Flasche Putzmittel hin, aber ohne Lappen oder Tücher. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist und eine zentrale Wohnung zum schlafen braucht, aber top. Betten waren recht bequem und Platz für Koffer war vorhanden.
Bel appartement, dans une rue tranquille et agréable, alors qu'on se trouve à 2' du centre. Danny essaie d'être le plus serviable possible avec ses hôtes (par exemple, il a payé lui-même l'abonnement quotidien de parking dans le quartier, car il était impossible de stationner devant la maison !). Belle salle de bains, et petite cuisine sympa, grande baie vitrée lumineuse. Attention toutefois à un malentendu (consécutif sans doute à une mauvaise traduction de Airbnb) : le living et la chambre à coucher sont la même pièce ! (pas de chambre à part); donc les 3 ou 4 personnes doivent dormir dans la même pièce.
チェックインも簡単で、スムーズに入室することができました。お部屋も綺麗で快適にすごすことが出来ました。1つだけ言うと、洗濯機の使い方が良く分からなかったので、簡単な説明書きがあるととてもベストだと思います。また、来ることがあれば利用したいと思います。ありがとうございます。

Parking in the city center is no easy task. To make it easier for our guests, we have developed our own method to make it convenient and easy for our guests
1. Before you arrive, send us your license plate number so that we can pay the parking ticket for you
2. Once you arrive, you can park where you want for free.
✔ Small tips for smart parking so that you can park easily in the evening:
1. you can park your car next to the gray garbage cans you see on the left side, if you are in front of the house, it is allowed there
2. you can also park your car on the other side of the street on the sidewalk, just look how the other cars are parked, it is also allowed
3. you can also park directly in front of the house if there is no car there. Be careful though, because sometimes there are employees from the research company who need the space there, they might ask to be allowed to park there for the time they are working there
✔ For our tourists from other countries, we would like to note that in Germany, cars should be parked on the street in the direction of travel. Failure to do so may result in a fine of 15 euros, be careful
