10 secluded acres just mins from the University of Alabama! When you pull through the gate, life slows down! This property features a cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a very clean horse barn with additional living quarters (1 bedroom/1 bath) that brings the total to 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The main house has a great open floorplan with an upscale kitchen with a large granite island! This property has room for you to come out and stretch your legs! Step out back into the woods and follow The property features a main house built in 2018 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The wonderful kitchen is open to the living room and dining room. This makes the main house a perfect space for entertaining! Right outside the back door is the entrance to the barn. This barn has a cozy heated and cooled living space that includes a bedroom and an on-suite bathroom.

This was a great place to stay for me and my grandkids. Plenty of room, I felt so peaceful and relaxed and at home. I would recommend it to everyone to stay.
The photos of the property and the home, although lovely do not do it justice. The grounds are so well maintained and we felt safe having the kids run around the various parts of the property and explore the wooded areas with peace of mind. We cannot wait to book this property again over while visiting the Tuscaloosa area again.
We had a great time at Tanner’s place. Communication with the host was easy and timely. The house was exceeded expectations, and all amenities were as described. It was a perfect place for our group to relax and reconnect. The outdoor area was especially nice. We would definitely come back again.
Beautifully maintained and suited our needs. The smoker on the property was incredible, and the prime rib we smoked was a highlight of our stay. Our animals enjoyed stretching their legs and being able to run around! Definitely "the one" for our family.
We had a wonderful time! I would highly recommend staying here! We were in town for our daughter’s graduation and this house was perfect to host a family dinner party. The fire pit was a great touch and we enjoyed all the room outside!!
