Tremendous week’s stay at Patricia’s place. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Patricia and her husband Raul provided a quiet setting with all the necessary amenities. They are super nice hosts and willing to accommodate with whatever you may need. The area is close to dining, gyms, local beaches, Clearwater beach and downtown Tampa. It is a fantastic area whether you're visiting friends, vacationing, or in town for work. You won't go wrong staying here. I highly recommend to all potential visitors. Patricia and Raul are warm, friendly and generous hosts who will make you feel like family. Their home is absolutely squeaky clean, light and airy and we had full use of their kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as their screened-in porch and in-ground swimming pool. It was a joy to spend a week with them, and would love to stay with them in the future.

Hard to find the words for my stay with Patricia. I was overwhelmed with kindness and hospitality and I cannot wait to return. Their accommodations were perfect for me and they are better than advertised! Patricia and Raul are fantastic HOSTS!!!

Raul and Patricia are warm, friendly, and generous hosts! Their home is absolutely squeaky clean, light and airy and we had full use of their kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as their screened-in porch and in-ground swimming pool. It was a joy to spend a few days with them, and if the opportunity presents itself, we'd love to stay with them again in the future. Very pleasant stay!! You can't go wrong booking with them. :-)

We had a wonderful 2 wk vacation at Squeaky Clean. Patricia and Raoul where delightful hosts accommodating in every way. The Room was super comfortable and provided all the amenities that were needed for our stay. The ensuite bathroom was super clean and provided us with all the shampoo and body wash anyone would need. For the most part we had the full use of the house and pool which was well appointed with everything you would need. The pool was cleaned daily and is well maintained. They do have a BBQ but is charcoal .They provided the first bag of briquettes we supplied the remainder of our stay seeing how we were the ones using it. Not a problem but it would have been nice to have a LP BBQ not a deal breaker. All in all it was a wonderful two weeks would highly recommend any one to stay here with these lovely people. Would have no problems with staying here again if ever the chance should arise.
