Great location with many things to do within walking distance. Also easy access to busses and the Tube for farther locations. Many diverse restaurants to chose from close by.

Incredibly responsive host, both before and during the stay - have never had such quick turnaround both on responsiveness to messages and also addressing a couple of physical issues in real-time on a Saturday! The place was spotless and obviously well taken care of, and we very much appreciated the fans as we happened to come during warm weather. Would love to stay again at a place maintained by this team.

Location could not be beat. We were able to walk everywhere from this place. Leicester Square and Covent Garden a very short walk away! Saw two shows and both were a 3 minute walk from the apartment. Felt very safe and checkin was super easy. Beware that being in the heart of the city means a bit of traffic noise at night. It's on the top floor but still you can hear traffic and sirens at night time. Bring your ear plugs for sleeping! Other than that the place was fantastic. Five floors up but did have a small elevator as an option.

All very easy. Host was very helpful, answered questions before I asked them! Entrance is on the 5th floor, not 4th as listed. There is a lift but very small, 2 people max. Right in the heart of things so very not quiet at night. Good value, will go back.
