overall the home was beautiful, my family and I LOVED IT! The neighborhood is great for family. The house was clean just as Robert described. Very well equipped, its one of the best airbnb homes I rented. Hope to be back soon!

The place was clean and exactly what we wanted for a great price. We had some issues with communication in order to get in the house. Was over an hour before we were able to get in. However other than some communication issues the place was spacious, super clean and in a great neighborhood. Also the price was great for how many people you could sleep.

Let’s start by saying the house is super overpriced for what we got.. I thought from the initial communication Robert was going to be an excellent host and being that he is new he would make the house up to standard but NO! 1. The listing only has the street name no house number.. had to call Robert for that 2. Robert gave us the wrong passcode for the house then the lock wouldn’t open initially with the right passcode 3. Asked for wifi password which should’ve just been listed somewhere in the house 4. The house was DISGUSTING.. dirty sock in the middle of the floor too obvious to miss, used silverware on the counter, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, garbage not taken out, hair all over the bathrooms, washcloths in the washing machine forgotten about, food on the floor in the kitchen, dirty/used towels still hanging in the upstairs bathroom 5. Spoke with Robert and stated all of the concerns, he seemed apologetic and offered a refund then ghosted me.. STILL waiting on refund!
