You’ll be close to everything when you stay at this central Richmond townhouse. Richmond Mall, cinema, supermarkets and an abundance of shops & restaurants within a few mins walk. Beaches, Rivers & Mountain biking nearby. Fully equipped kitchen, sunny private courtyard, conservatory, washing machine & additional toilet downstairs. Family home, designed for you to relax on holiday. Quiet dogs are very welcome, fully fenced. Secure area to park a caravan or boat. No cleaning fee. This is our family home, it is clean and tidy with all the basic amenities you'll need to enjoy your holiday. I want guests to be able to relax, feel at home and not worry about little people leaving fingerprints on the glass or the need to pack "everything but the kitchen sink" to come away on holiday. The location is quite literally in the centre of Richmond, parallel to Queen St. 1 min walk to shops, restaurants & bus stops, and a short drive or bus ride to the beach/Nelson city. Fully fenced with off street parking with a private courtyard to enjoy summer evenings in. Linen and towels are provided at no charge, along with kitchen essentials, washing machine & 2 fridge/freezers. 2 x Queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 x Bunk room downstairs that can accommodate 3 children. Lounge has a TV with Chromecast and the bunkroom has a TV that can be used for gaming (console not provided) House is suitable for children, however please be aware of safety issues for toddlers, such as non gated stairs.

Ebony was an incredible host. My groomsmen and I booked the air bnb for the night before my wedding and absolutely loved it. Ebony was a flexible host and catered to what we needed for the day of the wedding as well as providing great and clear instructions prior to the booking. I highly recommend staying in this air bnb. Incredibly ideal location as it is right in the heart of the Richmond CBD as well as a five-minute walk to the local garden and a 10 minute drive to the near by rabbit island beach. My groomsmen and I were amazed at the service as well as the cleanliness that the house was left in.
Very handy to the mall. A bit noisy ob the first night due to karaoke at the pub close by.

An abundance of restaurants and shopping on your doorstep, Kmart, Warehouse and the Richmond Mall one street adjacent.
Short drive to Mountain biking trails, beaches and rivers.
Property has a shared driveway with 2 neighbours, who are very friendly and private.
Nelson e-bus stop is about 2mins walk from the house and you can get almost anywhere in Nelson on their new network for less than $2.

Returned to Nelson to raise my family, so my 3 boys can enjoy the sunshine, freedom and activities of living in a beachside city. We have a beautiful dog Dusty, we spend a lot of time swimming and enjoying picnics at the nearby rivers with her during Summer.
