This cozy, newly renovated home built in the early 1900's, is finished with modern amenities whilst still keeping its Southern charm. Situated on a quiet street that is walking distance from some of Downtown New Iberia's most popular landmarks and eateries, The Magnolia House is easy to fall in love with from the moment you drive up. This Cottage Style home has been fully renovated with modern amenities from its Smart TV's and Tankless Water Heater, to its Spa Style Master Bathroom and Schlage Smart Lock system, while still keeping all the character and charm you would expect from an early 1900's home with 3 separate outdoor porches and refinished original hardwood floors. The king sized beds and sitting areas in the spacious bedrooms will ensure you get a quality night of sleep and the large common areas and outdoor spaces make it easy to enjoy your stay with your other guest. The Magnolia House is the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends and family or staycation just to decompress. The home functions equally as well for guest looking to stay with us for longer. We found it necessary to make changes to our reservation, which Brittany responded to with no problem. When we had questions, Brian’s communicated immediately.
Loved the porch and back yard seating area. Very tastefully decorated. Felt very comfortable during our stay. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Coffee bar was super! Beautiful historic home, very neat, and clean . Host was very responsive and will recommend to anyone heading to area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brittany’s accommodation in New Iberia. It was conveniently located so we could easily access activities downtown. When I had questions, Brittany was very helpful. We’d love to return.

This house was perfect for our stay! Its location close to downtown made it easy to enjoy New Iberias local shops and eateries and it was tucked away enough to feel private while we rested.

The Magnolia House it located in a Very Quiet Neighborhood located just steps away from Historic Main St. New Iberia and surrounded by Beautifully preserved 100+ year old homes and key landmarks of the region such as, "The Shadows on the Teche".
The Magnolia House is steps away from Main St. and walking distance to the many attractions and restaurants that Downtown New Iberia has to offer.
There is private parking behind the home along with additional parking in the driveway. Guest should have no problem parking as it is all private .
