The place was great, peaceful. I loved that they also have dogs, they were so cute and friendly. The hosts were nice as well. 10/10. Would love to go back here.
This is a fantastic place for your stay in Alaminos. My husband and I spent a wonderful week here with our two dogs. This is a perfect spot to chill and relax. Loved that it’s pet-friendly, they allow pets in the bed and even in the pool. It’s conveniently located near the Lucap wharf which is the jump-off point for the Hundred Islands island hopping. We also took a day trip to Bolinao from here, which was great. We mostly used the kitchen for breakfast, and we also had food delivered a few times. We also tried three restaurants from Cloe’s guide book, and we really the food. Great hosts, helpful staff. You won’t regret booking this place!
Loved our stay here!! It was sooo cute and clean and Pinterest-worthy! We loved the pool and outdoor shower. The location is awesome - just a 15 minute walk to Hundred Islands tourist options. Chloe was awesome to work with and made us feel right at home! 10/10 would recommend.
The place is nice and peaceful, it's very private and intimate which is a new experience for us since it's the first time me and my family stayed out without other relatives. I love that the place is also guaranteed pet friendly, my dogs were free to roam around and the host (Chloe), also gave us pet shampoo to use in case we let my dogs swim in the pool. We met the host's pets Ally and Della as well which are very friendly, played some board games, ordered food takeouts (delivery service contacts are posted so no hassle), got free access to the kitchen and swam in the pool until late hours. A great bonus was, they just let us pick some mangoes from their tree. We will come back for sure.
We really enjoyed our stay at Cloe's place, especially the beatiful outdoor area😊 There is everything you need and also the breakfest was delicious. Cloe gave us a lot of information about how to go to the hundred islands and other stuff to do. We felt very welcome and we highly recommend this place😊
Alaminos City, located in the province of Pangasinan, Philippines, is best known for being the home of the Hundred Islands National Park, which is composed of 124 islands and home to the youngest mayor in The Philippines, Arth Bryan C. Celeste.
The city hosts a number of festivals throughout the year. In particular, the Hundred Islands Festival. This is the most anticipated summer event in the city. Alaminians flock together in thanksgiving during the Grand Parade honouring the city's patron, St. Joseph, on March 19.
The festivities continue through a vibrant month-long celebration packed with must-see activities like the longanisa Grill Fest, agri-trade fair, street dancing competition, dog shows, Ginuman Fest and much more. Fiesta nights can feature mini-concerts, sing and dance contests, sports tournaments, exhibits, and fireworks display. Miss Hundred Islands Pageant is also a must-see when visiting in April.
Don't forget to bring home this most requested pasalubong. Taste the goodness of ground pork and garlic delectably mixed with spices and easily spotted with the signature toothpicks separating each longanisa. Enjoy the local fresh oysters. A rich and mouthwatering seafood delicacy. Cook it grilled, boiled, or eat it fresh, with just a dash of lemon or 'calamansi'.
Alaminos is accessible by land travel via a 5-hour from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, in Manila, and a 3-hour trip from the International airport of Clark in Pampanga. In the absence of own vehicle, there are several bus lines en route to Alaminos City, Five Star Bus Inc, Victory Liner, Dagupan Bus, Inc., and Philippine Rabbit. It's easily accessible from Baguio, Pampanga, Zambales, and Manila.
The city has an abundance of tricycle drivers just waiting to take you to your next destination. It's as simple as walking out the front gate and straight in a cab.
