Très heureux d’avoir passé 5 mois dans l’appartement de Claus. L’appartement est confortable, bien situé, proche des commerces et du centre ville. Claus a été très agréable et accueillant, je garderais un très bon souvenir de mon séjour.

Het is een leuk appartement om in te verblijven. En een leuke en goede buurt. Dichtbij zijn 2 kleine winkel en een hele groter winkelcentrum, ook de 'oude' binnenstad is dichtbij, waar leuke restaurants te vinden zijn. Kolding ligt centraal geleden in Denemarken, van uit daar zijn andere steden goed te bereiken. Ik heb er een maand verbleven. Deels vakantie en deel online werken. Prima internet verbinding. Een een geschikte verblijf voor 1 a 2 personen. Met Claus heb ik goed contact gehad, snelle reactie en behulpzaam. Ik kom graag weer terug.

The apartment is a wonderful value for a month-long stay and was very comfortable. Perfect central location to take long walks all over Kolding: close to the old town, the train station, the mall on the north side of town and the wonderful forest paths on the east side of town. We would take a bus to the beaches, the modern art museum, or the sushi restaurant on the south side, it was very easy. The grocery stores (Lidl and Meny) are within ~10 min walking distance, no problem at all. Claus is a fantastic host, responsive and helpful. The apartment is well appointed, very calming and peaceful with high ceilings and windows everywhere. Fast and reliable internet for remote work. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful summer month away from tourists and bustle and this was the perfect choice. Kolding and Denmark in general (we visited Aarhus, Fredericia, Vejle, Odense, and Copenhagen during the stay, easy train rides from Kolding) left a hugely positive impression on us.

We spent a great month in Claus's place. The flat is very comfortable, quiet and bright. It was very easy to communicate with Claus and everything went smoothly. We would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Kolding. Thank you very much, Claus and all the best.
