Bright and contemporary interiors offer a breath of fresh air at this newly renovated stay, perfectly situated within a charming Art Deco building just a 15-minute walk from iconic Bondi Beach. Head down for a morning dip and enjoy brunch at one of the many cafes nearby, before retiring to the sofa to unwind with some TV over a glass of wine. A combination of ceiling and portable fans keep temperatures cool, while a fully-equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry will make you feel right at home. This modern, light-filled stay features an open-plan layout that is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and convenience. You’ll find a generous sofa in the living area, where large windows overlook the treetops and a wall-mounted TV invites laidback movie nights after a day at the beach. When you're not sampling the renowned local eateries, the fully equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare meals, a dishwasher for easy clean-up and a cosy table to enjoy casual dining at home. Portable fans and heating are available as needed, while a ceiling fan in the living area provides cooling comfort over the warmer months. Two bedrooms sleep three guests, with the spacious first bedroom offering a queen-size bed and mirrored built-in robes while the second bedroom includes a single bed. An immaculate bathroom offers a soothing, contemporary space to refresh and unwind, complete with a bathtub for a leisurely soak and complimentary toiletries. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and a washing machine and dryer.

The place is centrally located in Bondi Beach, 10 minute walk to the beach. Great stay for value. Clean upon arrival and a great place to stay/sleep if you’re looking to be centrally located in Bondi. Smoke alarm kept going off and we reached out to the host to attempt to fix, as we could not reach the smoke alarm and didn’t receive a response

Location was good - healthy walk to Bondi and to restaurants and unit was modern and well appointed (although building and hallways were super old and run down). Coffee maker was great - but not even 1 pod left for our first morning - had to run out and get some before we could have coffee. 5 biggest issues were - 1. NO AC. We didn't notice that in the listing. There were fans but unit was too hot and no screens on windows. 2. We asked for days about an early check in but got no answer and just multiple texts with questions for us. Even on morning of check in. 3. Dryer did not work - we had one small load on for 3 hours and it still didn't dry. 4. The second bedroom was a closet and the bed not suitable for an adult and no fan in the room - so hot and uncomfortable. 5. We also didn't notice the extra $130 fee - which was for bedding. What airbnb or accommodation these days doesn't include 'bedding' in the price. Shameful cash grab. So, overall decent place but issues for sure.

Regular buses to Westfield Bondi Junction are a stone’s throw from your front door, offering eateries, department stores, cinemas, and essentials such as banks, chemists and supermarkets. Bondi Junction train station and bus services travel to the city and surrounding suburbs.
Airport: If you're travelling by car, it's a 30-minute drive to the airport. Using public transport will take approximately 56 minutes.
Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, providing convenient access to public transportation.
