Pros - spacious place and good location Cons - 1. check in and out time are not accurate as advertised. We’ve waited for more than 3 hours before we proceed with the check in. Check out is 3pm but at 11am we already received a text message asking we “nakapag check out na at maglilinis pa raw”. 2. Inclusions as advertised such as soap, shampoo, hair dryer, shower gel, etc. are noy included.

There is no water. At first, we thought there is not water since my child flushed the toilet. But when we went back from dinner and grocery, we found out that there is no water in all the faucets. I tried to contact Christian for help but he did not reply. So I went down to the guards at the lobby. The guard assisted me to the unit and confirmed that there is no water. So he opened the floor's water line and showed me that the unit's water submeter is missing. Imagine the stress, and incovenience this has brought us. We went out the street and searched for another hotel to accommodate us in the middle of the night. We were still walking by the street on my toddler's birthday!! I am aware of Airbnb's refund policy but this is unjust!Refund me of only half of my payment is a big scam! You should have checked all the facilities before accommodating guests! If only any amenity is missing, I can let it pass but the WATER? THAT IS A BASIC NECESSITY AND YOU EXPECT US TO BE OKAY WITH WITH IT?
