Beautiful, clean, well maintained, 1000 square foot, front unit of a duplex with a shared large patio and yard. Ideally located on the San Francisco Peninsula. Very close to Mills Peninsula Hospital, Bart, CalTrain and SFO. Conveniently located to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. All utilities and Wifi are included. Washer and dryer in unit. Monthly stays are ideal. Must be ok with two small dogs on the premises and a shared yard. The property is a beautiful and well maintained duplex. The front unit is for rent. Two people can comfortably sleep in the bedroom and 1 person on the couch. We also have a cot if needed. There’s a nice shared yard and patio too. Ideally located and close to everything.

As a single woman I felt very safe staying in the space! The accommodation was massive with a very comfortable bed, full kitchen amenities (where they left a few treats which was a nice touch!), and a comfortable couch to lounge in the evenings. You can walk to a nice little shopping area with coffee and donuts, and it’s actually right by a hospital. I never heard sirens but as a nurse it would’ve been a perfect spot to stay during a travel contract! Host was very friendly and responsive, would absolutely book again!
We had a great stay at Robert's place! It was the perfect spot for a longer term stay with all the amenities you would need -- full kitchen, washer / dryer, parking, etc. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the space felt even bigger than the pictures. The area was very peaceful, quiet, and safe. The house is also walkable to local grocery stores, restaurants, and stores. Robert was also very responsive, quickly addressing any of the minor things that came up. We would definitely recommend staying here if you find yourself in the area!
Traveling from Ohio to Cali, I wasn’t anticipating such a large space! Everything was clean and the place exactly as shown in pictures. Rob and Missy were extremely welcoming and while they live on the same property there was plenty of privacy. Though my stay was short, I most definitely felt at home. I selfishly hope the next time I’m in Cali someone isn’t staying here so I can! Thanks so much guys!
I stayed at Rob and Missy's home for the weekend. The place is in a very quiet neighborhood tucked up on the way up the hill. Rob and Missy made me feel right at home, the place is staged well and it was very clean and restful, they had everything I needed for my short trip, but was ready for any length of stay, it also is much bigger than I expected! Rob and Missy live in the home next-door, with their kids and well behaved dog. They were very kind friendly, and respectful. It was helpful to know they were there in the event of any issue, but were happy to leave me alone for my short trip. 10/10 would come back here for a longer period of time!

We live in such a great neighborhood. Burlingame is one of the most sought after cities on the entire peninsula. There is a fantastic downtown too. And the weather here is incredible.
We're very close to Bart, CalTrain and SFO.
