Upon arrival the house smelled wonderful but we quickly realized that wasn't the case. The floors were so dirty our socks & feet were black. There was very clearly no attention to detail from the cleaners. Found food smashed into the couch which was also full of marker. Leftover egg shells in the kitchen sick from the previous renters. The hot tub was absolutely filthy to the point it was unusable. The microwave did not work. We could not turn the washer on the morning we left, it also stopped working. The outlet in the master bedroom quit working so could not use the TV. The hosts were very kind and responsive and sent pool cleaners over asap, unfortunately it continued to be unusable. They did reimburse our cleaning fee for the troubles. Unfortunately, would not stay here again. With a new cleaning and pool company this could be a great rental!
