Beautiful, spacious and clean home. We stayed for a long weekend to attend an event at Tingly Colosseum. Close to every thing, great nearby eateries. The neighborhood felt very safe, home was easy to find. Such a great home would definitely recommend and plan to visit again.

When people are looking for a place to stay they have to balance the value vs what you get. This place was slightly higher than booking 3 hotel rooms (this place has 3 rooms) but it was worth it to us because we were close to where we wanted to be. If I were an air bnb regular, I believe this place had great value: quiet neighborhood, relaxing back yard, easy access, and a living room for my wife to relax in since she recently had surgery. I live in Colorado. I own a condo that my daughter lives in just south of Comanche on Juan Tabo. This place put us in the right area, was nice and spacious, and was not much more than 3 hotel rooms. We loved that there was coffee, filters, and a coffee maker. Coffee is hit and miss in a hotel. Albuquerque isn’t the safest city in the world but my realtor (for the condo) expressed he would let his daughter live in this area. We felt very safe in this neighborhood. In the mornings, neighbors waved and said hi as they walked by.
