There were cockroaches, there was a broken door so my wife did not feel safe and there was some confusing information concerning a ride from the airport. Initially was quoted 500 pesos for a ride but then I was told 2000 pesos until my wife got in touch with them and straightened it out. It seemed the price was more for me as a foreigner than my Filipina wife. The pictures on line made the place look great but not so nice in person. Overall we did not have a pleasant experience. Oliver was nice but when communicating with him, I was not sure if it was him or a staff member. That may be where the confusion came from.

Place was as seen in the photos however during our stay wifi connection was quite unstable. Place was comfy and very accessible. Will definitely book again.

Mr. Oliver was very easy to communicate with, and also gives you the docs that you need to get in the property. The balcony view of the Manila Bay was awesome and the place is clean. Very close to PICC since the place was rented to save time coming to that place for my brother's graduation. There is a convenience store outside that sells everything you need. Thank you for letting us use your crib!

Don't book this place. First of all, they made a mistake with the reservation and we had to wait 1 hour to be able to finally enter in the apartment. The apartment was not clean at all. But the worst is that it was full of cockroaches. Everywhere. On the towels, pan and kitchen utensils... We of course left the place directly and got full refunds. The host has the nuts to ask me money for the cleaning fees. Just don't book here please.
