Maria was really great. Two stupid things happened (my fault) and she was always responsive and gracious. The place was close to the main strip for food, etc. and 10 minutes from the airport. Great stay ☺️

Location of the apartment is good, 3 min from the Calle Loiza with restaurants and Walgreens just around the corner, close to beach but waves are often too high to swim at ocean park beach. It’s quite noisy since neighbors have a chicken coop and the chickens are active and loud during the night. Also there is often some constant noise from the roof which seems to come from the water tank pump (you could stop it temporarily by switching off the power switch outside of the door but then the AC will also stop working). So if you are noise sensitive, you would need to sleep with noise cancelling earphones or ear plugs. The cleaning could be better, the apartment was partly less clean and the fan above the bed was quite dusty/dirty. Overall for a short budget stay in San Juan it’s ok.

Place is great location but is urban so make sure you are ok and comfortable with walking city streets. I am so I had no issues. 7min walk to beach.
