The 14th floor apartment is spacious, and has nice views of the city, both from the bedroom (with balcony) and living room. Unlike some places that are overly decorated, it is more utilitarian and spartan, so you don't feel like you are in someone else's space or have to live with their decorative choices. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Excellent lighting and internet connectivity throughout. The washing machine and appliances are modern. I did laundry and there was a drying rack, but did not use the stove or refrigerator. There are two modern, and quick building elevators. The rideshare driver dropped me off at the back of the building, so make sure you go to the front side on the main street where the key box is. Two grocery and a fruit store are up the street. There is a decent public indoor swimming pool about 15-minutes away.

Very nice and cozy apartment in the center of Yerevan. Recommended.
