Parking by the apartment is very easy - it comes with the apartment for free! You will love it :) Welcome to our unique place with terrace :) Our air-conditioned apartment is situated on the 6th floor in the building with an elevator, the apartment has fully equipped kitchen, TV and WiFi 300 mbit internet included in the price. Towels, sheets are included as well. The apartment with its 45 square meters with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom will be ready only for you + balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with the closed apartment door - it is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke (any kind of ciggarette, e-ciggarette, vapes) in the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, cutlery, pans, dishes, electric kettle and microwave. There is also iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Квартира полностью соответствует фото и описаниям. Мы ездили к сыну студенту, который живет рядом в SD Mladost. Поэтому мы выбирали этот район. Квартира стала нашим вторым домом. Она была просторной и чистой. Все удобства были. Хороший дом, чистый подъезд. Есть лифт. Рядом супермаркет BELLA, автобусная остановка. Никаких притензий и нареканий. Постараюсь в следующий раз здесь остановиться. Спасибо, Мартин!

Very good access to the apartment - few minutes away from highway from Czechia, Austria, Hungary.
Shopping possibilities 100 steps within the same building - Galeria Cubicon with Billa, DM, foodcourt and cafés and other fashion shops and playground for children.
10 minutes by BUS to the city center!
Bratislava´s ZOO is 5 minutes by walk, up to 5 minutes by car: Železná studnička at the entrance of Small Carpathian hills (grills, playgrounds, hills, trekking and bike tracks), Botanic garden.
The area is known as student part because of Universities campus around.

Parking in the city center is more complicated every day. Fees are increasing and number of places decreasing. Parking by the apartment is very easy with us - it comes with the apartment for free.
If you decide to go to the city center by car, you will be there in 5-7 minutes.
You can use public transport - just for 1,4€ you get to the city center within 10 minutes.
Or you can use Bolt taxi - very convenient taxi in mobile app - to the city center it is just from 5 minutes from 5 euro.
