Welcome to The Tiny House at Belmont Park! A camper/ RV converted into a Tiny House in Cranston/ Warwick's Belmont Park area. This Tiny home camper is very very Tiny! 1-2 guests max. It's equipped 1 full sized bed. Tiny kitchenette/ coffee station area, Tiny hand sink, and a wet bath combination, camping style toilet and shower combination. It also includes high speed wifi, and roku smart tv. Great affordable option for a quick stay. 5 mins to the airport and i95. 10 min to downtown Providence. This is a VERY TINY TINY HOME! The camper is located on the hosts property in the front yard area. Parking is on the street under the tree next to the tiny home. Water: There is a 10 gallon water tank for the Tiny home. There is also a 4 gallon water heater. Please use water conservatively. Also, during the winter months, when the temperature is below freezing, the pipes may freeze. Please keep the heat on at all times. Heating: We are currently providing a space heater to heat the camper. Please do not plug in another large heater at the moment as it will trip the breaker to the main home on the property. This is a minimalism style accommodation. Very similar to camping. Please take these notes into account when confirming a booking.

Close to Roger Williams park. Quite street with no cars buzzing by, you get this little tiny toy camper to hang in. Its got what you need, period. Next time im bringing smores. Also, Stafford and the cleaning company helped me get my laptop charger back. Ive left many a apple cords at hotels (yes, im a ditz, but whatever) and when inquire always within an hour or so after leaving ….i get the big eyeroll (while faced the other way) and the ‘write down your name and number and we’ll call you if it turns up.” Bye, then eyeroll again, and crickets. Anyway, what im saying is : they went above and beyond when they didnt have to. For me, thats exemplary and so fire. Second thing: go tiny. Yup, its here.

The small trailer is in the front yard of the owner's house which made us laugh a little because we didn't realize that until after booking. Although we did not mind, I am sure other folks might so keep that in mind. A very cute cozy spot.

This Tiny House is located on the host's property in the Belmont park area of Cranston / Warwick RI in a quiet family oriented neighborhood tucked away near the Pawtuxet river. Parking is on the street next to the tiny house under the tree.
There is parking available next to the Tiny House, under the tree on the street. We will send photos during check-in time. Please DO NOT PARK in the DRIVEWAY. This is where the hosts park their vehicles.
