This stay exceeded my expectations. We got so much for the price we paid. It was a very relaxing home with lots to do indoors. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. It was a great place for me to think and prepare for my conference.

This was a beautiful house and my sister and i really enjoyed the heated pool! The house was spacious and the covered patio was great. We loved listening to music out there. Will definitely book again. Thanks!

Coco Cay Oasis was truly delightful. Last minute spring break retreat. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, gym & games added a layer of entertainment. Undoubtedly, the highlight of our stay, the pristine heated pool & hot tub, both seamlessly controlled via an iPad. The screened-in patio, strategically placed TV, allowed for effortless transitions between meals & relaxation by the pool. While the kitchen amenities were slightly more minimalistic compared to other Airbnb experiences, we managed without issue. Additionally, did experience a propane shortage, occurred towards the end of our cooking session. Our interactions with the host were generally positive, though there was a slight lapse in responsiveness towards the conclusion of our trip however, resolve any queries independently, did not detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay. In summary, our family thoroughly relished our time at Coco Cay Oasis and would enthusiastically recommend it to others!

The house was very nice and clean. The only thing I would recommend would be stocking kitchen better. There were no dish towels, pot holders, no sponges, no dish rags. The cabinets were surprisingly bare. Most places I’ve stayed have basic essentials like salt/pepper, napkins, Ziploc bags, foil, and the above mentioned. I would stay there again, I would just pack more of the “kitchen basics”.

Everything was as listed, price was fair and Jonathon was outstanding with communication the entire stay. The home was very clean and amenities were great, nice pool/hot tub and heater control for both was easy and convenient. The only recommendation I have for Jonathon would be to add an option for a window cover over kitchen/sink window area. I would stay here again.
