Check out the game building featuring classic arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, & more! End the day with a bonfire or relaxing in a hammock on the porch. The perfect getaway! Guests MUST message prior to booking if more than 16 guests will be present. The property is not suitable for much more than that, so please let us know the details of your group before booking! The entire 16-acre property is yours to enjoy for the entirety of your stay. No one else lives onsite, so it’s all yours! After driving through the gate you’ll pass the disc golf field on your right, as well as the 3-story tree house and 100-foot zipline. At the top of the hill there are 2 cabins, a hot tub, game building, sport court, putting green, large deck with views of the hill country, playhouse, swing set, tetherball, ping pong, cornhole, and more! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: MAIN CABIN: - Master bedroom with Queen Bed - Secondary bedroom with Queen Bed - Secondary bedroom with 3 bunk beds (6 twin beds total) - Loft with 2 full size beds (must climb ladder) - Large couch in Living Room - Small futon couch in Living Room SECONDARY CABIN: - Queen Bed - Full Size fold-out sofa bed GUEST ACCESS: Keyless entry PETS: We do NOT allow pets at the property. FIRE PIT: If you start a fire in the fire pit it MUST be put out before you go to sleep or leave the property! HOT TUB: Children must be supervised at ALL TIMES when in/around the hot tub. After each use, please put a capful of shock in the tub. SPORT COURT: Rocks, chalk and sticks are NOT ALLOWED on the sport court. Please wear appropriate shoes and only use the court for its intended use of Pickleball/Basketball. INTERNET: There is wireless internet in both Cabins, as well as the Game Building. PROPERTY ACCESS: Access the property 24/7 using the keypad at the front gate. Your code will be sent to you the day of your arrival! The Cabins and Game Building all have key-code locks. These codes will also be sent to you the day of your arrival. COOKING: The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies for preparing your own meals. We provide utensils, bowls, plates, and cups. There is also a crockpot and hand mixer. Outside there is an outdoor kitchen area with a grill and sink. We provide salt, pepper, pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, fridge, electric range, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, dishwasher, and more! Make sure to bring your own condiments and seasoning just in case! COFFEE: There is a Keurig in both cabins. We provide a starter pack of coffee and creamer. HOUSE MANUAL: You will locate a house manual in the living area. In it you will find local area and restaurant attractions, all information about the space, emergency contacts and more! BATHROOMS: We provide fresh towels, shampoo + conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. TVs: There is a 75” TV in the Main Cabin living room, 40” TV in the Master Bedroom, 75” TV in the Game Building, and 40” TV in the Secondary Cabin. They are all Smart TVs, so feel free to login to any of your streaming accounts. Guests are responsible for logging out at the end of their stay! We do not have cable television. DAYS YOU MAY SEE SOMEONE AT THE PROPERTY: Trash pickup is every Tuesday. You may see the garbage truck at the front gate emptying the dumpster. Property Management: There may be occasions when we have to stop at the property briefly if there is an urgent maintenance issue that affects your stay and needs immediate attention.
