This versatile apartment with a luxury Swiss kitchen and spacious shower room has parking right at the entrance. It can provide comfort for up to 4 guests and offers a combination of 2 beds and a sofa or can be converted into a double bed. Full furnishings are provided and there is a shared washer and dryer in the common areas of the house. Ideal for business trips for two or as a base for a small family on trips to the local area. All the apartments are well thought out and superbly equipped to ensure you have the perfect comfort and feel at home or even better. All have a modern fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, excellent sleeping facilities and modern audio-visual equipment with catering included. Each suite is different, has its own charm and there is free parking right next to the house for all guests. Extra comfort will be provided by a grill, patio, fast Wifi and last but not least a washer and dryer.All are simply perfect for a one night stay while on a business trip or a long stay while on vacation. Business and business travelers will find a post office around the corner from the apartment, and there is a bed and breakfast in front with a decent selection and value for money. A public transport stop to Karlovy Vary and the surrounding area is basically around the corner with good connections even on the weekend. For active sportspeople there is a top workout and football field 200 m from the apartments, including children's climbing frames and refreshments. Peace and quiet is provided by a forest park with a stream about 400m from the house or ponds and trails in the area accessible by bike and on foot.

Wir waren vorher in einem Hotel, dort gab es dann aber Probleme weil unsere Hunde etwas dreckig gemacht haben. Kurzerhand die Unterkunft von Martin gefunden, er hat uns sofort geantwortet & eingeladen! Einfacher Check in & Check out, eigener Eingang, viele Parkmöglichkeiten & reibungslose, schnelle Kommunikation! Wir waren mehr wie begeistert, sauber, modern, großzügige Räume & wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gegenüber war gleich ein Park der natürlich super war für unsere Hunde, wandern, spazieren gehen kann man prima dort. Einen kleinen Laden gegenüber gibt es auch, sehr von Vorteil! Der nächste Aufenthalt in Tschechien ist sicher & dann gleich bei Martin! Vielen Dank, so konnten wir unseren Urlaub doch noch genießen!

Our apartments in a family house can be found in the picturesque town of Božičany, which is located in the middle of a fisherman's paradise, several beaches and cycling trails in the close vicinity of the Ore Mountains.
Those who like to move around can reach the nearest pond or lake by bike within 15 minutes.
Runners will appreciate the beautiful treks along forest and cycle paths, where you can take circuits from 2 to 21 km. where there are also plenty of wild berry mushrooms in season.
We can say that it is a short drive from us to everywhere, because it takes 15 min to the center of Karlovy Vary. To Klínovec for skiing and flow-trail cycling it is 33 min. It is 21 min to the Plešivec ski slope and 15 min to Loket Castle.
If you are heading to the Karlovy Vary region for exploration or business, our apartments are almost in the middle of the whole region, which is a bit of a strategic location and can come in handy when planning.
You can expect a quiet, well-kept and picturesque village with warm locals.

The bus station is a 2-minute walk from the house and there are a few buses running even on weekends.
If you are driving, it is 10 minutes from the motorway on the E48 - E49 route via exit 136.
