The host / customer service was suck, one of the bedroom door has problem which can’t be locked when no one inside the room but it wasn’t told us in advance, we found out after we put things inside then closed and walk away, and we failed to open after that. And we reached up customer service immediately to get key, we tried reach up with text and call but no reply at all, and after few hours they replied, was told at store room but sadly the key wasn’t in there then we wait again until night time, no respond from customer service again then we forced to call back, no answer as well. After 1-2 hours only told us the key exact location. Luckily it’s not a child / young kid was locked inside. No hair dryer provided, even though we reported to customer service they said they did but we really look around all drawers which is none in the house. So all guests need to sleep with wet hair. All lighting in the house was broken which need maintenance, lighting wasn’t enough for all areas!

I would say that this homestay could fit up to 11 people and mine was 7 people in total. So each of us got our own room to sleep but we still had another 1 room that we didn’t used at all. Since all of my family members love to play snooker, so it was nice that this homestay already provided the pool table to play. And also this homestay provided Netflix that we could watch movies together as part of our night activities. Thank you so much BeeStay for the excellent services and comfortable place to stay.

This is our first stay with BeeStay estates. The communications were clear, and the host was flexible enough to allow early check-in at a small fee (with young children, we really appreciate that!). The place is a local semi-detached unit, so it was really a huge place. But then it came with natural critters and whatnots. Most of the things in the house were working (except for a door on the second floor, which was not able to be opened from outside, some blown lights, etc...). Exploring the area was really easy, and it was near a big mall (SKS Mall), which has almost all the groceries we need. Overall, big families should really consider BeeStay's listings. Good price, good location, and decent place!
