Loved the space, perfect for what we were needing/looking for. The Wilson falls trail is down the road which we enjoyed, hot spot for locals and visitors. We are cottagers in the area so we are familiar with Bracebridge and what it has to offer, great town, lots to explore in the area.
we enjoyed our stay at Brendon's house. everything was above and beyond! Samantha did communicate very well with us during the stay. I'm giving 4 stars for only two things: - The outdoor furniture has no cushions as they are not available in the house, when we asked we were informed that they are stored in seasonal storage. - We needed to bring the garbage bags all the way 10 minutes drive to the dump area!!! A fine of 150 CAD for leaving garbage behind!!
Amazing
The place was so good. Even it was snowing the big window made it very cozy. I would like to comeback again during fall when the leaves have different colors. Samantha was very responsive when I sent her a question. Great host!

The town of Bracebridge is known as the heart of Muskoka. Great small town shopping on the Main Street with quaint shops and excellent dining. Short drive to renowned hiking trails, brewery’s, Santa’s village, Lake Muskoka and multiple public beaches. You can bike to town from the house, or walk up to the trail at the end of the road that is part of the trans Canada trail system and has a breathtaking waterfall.
The Main Street offers free parking, public beaches also have free parking. The town is relatively bike friendly for cycle enthusiasts as well.
