Great location, people working there were very nice and helpful. Place is out dated and our breakfast was incomplete because they didn’t have what they needed to complete it. Overall our room was clean but crowded. not worth what we paid for.

Our stay was an excellent experience. The host of Ixmati Hotel was incredibly responsive and helpful, going above and beyond. The original place was fully booked. She promptly arranged a stay for us at a sister hotel next door and even ensured that we could enjoy the included breakfast from Ixmati. Throughout our stay, she consistently checked in to make sure my grandma and I were comfortable and content. Thanks to her attentiveness, we had a fantastic stay!
Ixmati in Suchitoto Is very close to everything, breakfast (desayuno típico) Is very good and generous. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back.
