So you've climbed the 102 steps to reach the flat, you'll be so glad you did! The cosy space is ALL yours . 2 bedrooms,bathroom and GREAT WIFI TOO! The kitchen is fully equipped. A cosy lounge and the dining table enjoys the view out the main window-and it's THE VIEW that will take your breath away!! Sit down on the balcony and enjoy the magnificent sunrise over False Bay You can spend your day ,drink in hand ,gazing at the local surf spots(Surf's Up!)or head down to the beach or pool . ENJOY The flat is our home from home-a perfect beachside getaway where we love to run away too. We love the space and love sharing it with others. The gentle charm of St James will capture your heart-it did ours! The pool ,with friendly locals, every morning enjoying the refreshing water at sunrise,the local cafes, the whales and dolphins, the most magnificent mountain walking trails, The magnificent beaches and all the best local surf spots-ALL within easy walking distance-It really is Cape town's best kept Secret! Please ask us for advice on where to swim,eat, drink, shop and walk.

Trevor’s place feels very much like a stay away from home. If anything, the photos don’t quite do it justice. The view is fantastic, the place is really well appointed, Trevor is super helpful with check in, and even the time back garden is a little gem. We felt safe, loved walking every day to Kalk bay or to Muizenberg for coffees. Even the climb up the steps is not an issue. We loved this place and will definitely put it on our return to list. Thanks Trevor. 👍

Superb apartment with superb views and all the facilities you need for a great stay in Kalk Bay Area. Trevor and Marie Lou are lovely helpful people, very relaxed and highly responsive. The apartment has recently been fully refurbed and it has been with classic style and creates a relaxed space. We are returning soon and would recommend this space as an excellent base.

Beach and seaside holiday vibes .St James lies between the magnificent swimming/surfing beaches of Muizenberg(10mins walk) and Fish Hoek, with Great tidal swimming pools(5 mins walk) between the 2-all within walking distance and all suitable for all ages. Great Cafes and coffee shops. Great art galleries. fabulous eateries and Friendly locals-you will never want to leave!
Once you get down the stairs ,you can easily walk to the pools and beaches . The quaint village of Kalk bay is an easy 15 minute walk to great boutique shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours and fish and chips cafes in the harbour. St James train station is a 5 minute walk away, and one can commute easily to CT center and all other stations along the Southern line. Please note that parking is on street level and one must walk up the stairs(102) to the flat.
