Our stay at Eric’s three-story beach house was nothing short of magical. The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by stunning ocean views from every angle, which made every room feel like a serene retreat. Eric has truly thought of everything; the house was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and an ample supply of towels, which made it incredibly easy for my daughters and I to relax without worrying about anything we might have forgotten. The sunsets on the beach were breathtaking—a spectacle of colors that we enjoyed each evening of our stay. At night, the sound of the ocean waves and the sight of the stars in the clear sky made for a truly mesmerizing experience that we all cherished. It was so peaceful to just sit and watch the ocean, feeling like we had a little slice of paradise all to ourselves. Eric was a fantastic host, attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had, adding to the ease of our stay.

We had a great time in Ocean View. The house was right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. Our kids loved to watch the ships (including an aircraft carrier!) heading in and out of Norfolk. The beach faced north so we could see sunrises and sunsets. There's also a Mexican restaurant across the street opposite the beach with delicious margaritas. It was a great location to explore the surrounding area. It was too cold for swimming while we were there (early April) but it was easy to get out and explore the Colonial Triangle (about 45 minutes away) and downtown Norfolk (20 minutes) then come back in the late afternoon and let the kids explore the beach. Eric and Sierra were very responsive - I got one message back in less time than it would have taken me to just type the response and others within a few minutes. They clearly take great care of the house, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. All the directions were easy to follow. I highly recommend this house.

Eric’s place had everything we needed for our brief Norfolk stay. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space our group. Would definitely recommend 💯

Eric was a great host. The check in directions were spot on and it made everything easy. He checked in numerous times to make sure everything was ok. It was great not to have to bring your own linens, towels, shampoo and conditioner, etc. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks Eric!

We spent the long weekend here for our mom’s birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, comfy beds, kitchen had all the items we needed and a fabulous view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. We will definitely be back!
