Great host and great location. Garrett was very responsive and house was as advertised. Great location to downtown and restaurants near by.

Garrett was very responsive and accommodating all our request leading up to our reservation and during. Very seamless check-in/checkout process. Perfect location to get to every spot on the east side within walking distance but also very easy to get to any part near downtown Austin. We had a group of 13 and it was perfect with sleeping arrangements and never felt crowded. Perfect place to stay to get rays with the pool and explore ATX!

We had a fantastic stay at 1914 East 8th. The location, house and hot tub/pool are exactly what we were looking for for our party of 12. The property was clean, well supplied and the hosting was excellent. Overall very easy and great experience. Garrett is the man!

Garrett's place was in a great location walkable to 6th street for those going out at night. In addition, it was close enough for Ubers to and from locations we generally went out. The place also featured a very nice and modern heated pool, which easily fit over 12 people we had in our group. The sleeping situation was very nice as there was a lot of bedrooms and a lot of bathrooms. The kitchen and living room area was very nice to hang out in and had so many modern features like a very nice stovetop and nice microwave. Overall, I would say you can't go wrong at this place with a large group.

Garrett’s place is great! Came for a long weekend with friends, would definitely stay here again.
