It was amazing staying at Karan's place. The place is just cozy, drive away from the famous beaches and just outright comfortable!! feels right at home. had loads of fun at Karan's place!! must recommended for all types of travellers.

Overall it was a nice place, will list down the positives and negatives. Positive: - Owner was proactive in answering queries. - Place looks the way it is mentioned in photos. - Not too far from the famous beaches of north Goa. - Flexible check in hours. - Wi-Fi is good - The house is spacious Negative: - Staff wasn’t very helpful, when it came to ordering stuff or cleaning the house. - The kitchen had cockroaches, and didn’t look very clean, also because the staff didn’t do housekeeping for the days we stayed, leading to stained plates on the stink inviting the roaches. - Geyser wasn’t working - There’s no RO machine, you’ll have to purchase water. - TV wasn’t working

I stayed at Karan’s apartment with my 2 friends. We got all information about the house, location, trips,.. And we felt welcome. Needed the washing machine which was broken but they offered us a different room immediately. The communication was very good and fast. The cleanliness wasn’t at the European standards as we are used to but totally ok in India. We appreciated the hot water! The apartment is close to many restaurants, about 20 min by walk to the beach. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.
