Great communication, very quick to respond with any questions, everything was as described and lots of posted instructions/sent instructions so very little was left to ask about.

We booked this property out of all because it had a hottub and fire pit, ended up raining while we were there so we were just left with the house itself, and for the price I would have chose differently. It has a lot of cute features. Some wear and tear, peeling floor tiles. We were a little disappointed about being unable to check out later since there was a 6 hour gap between next guests but were told it was due to cleaning. However the house was obviously not well cleaned. Only surfaces and bathrooms. There were dust bunnies throughout the whole house and bugs in spiderwebs in closets. Kids found stuff under beds including a diesel lid that a kiddo put in their mouth. As well as bleach and cleaning products being left out on a low table. The rug was wet the entire time we were there from being steam cleaned I’m guessing. And the stairway railing fell off the wall when touched because it wasn’t in a stud. No response from host about that safety issue.

It’s was a nice home. Well described. Huge fenced in yard. Couldn’t use the downstairs because if the overwhelming smell of cat urine. Could not figure out how to work the tv down there either. The trip on the outlet for hot tub constantly had to be reset so that was annoying. The fire pit area was nice. Would have been worth the money if the smell was dealt with and the electrical with hot tub was working right. Other than that it was a good location quiet neighborhood and nice furnishings

Perfect place for our Omaha stay. Very convenient having Hyvee so close too.
