This property is a complete gem. Comfortable, homey, and the views are something you would only expect to find in a national park. The owners of the property felt like my best friends. I lead a yoga retreat here, and a positive tone was set from the moment the participants stepped on the deck and took in the view.

Noelle's house is absolutely one of the finest AirBnB's that we have stayed in. A true gem. The house is incredible, it is warm and inviting with multiple decks from where we sat drinking our morning coffee soaking up the breathtaking views. It is such a perfect base from where to explore Capital Reef. We absolutely would recommend this house, we just wish we had stayed longer! Thank you, Noelle!

This place is a gem!! A truly iconic cabin in an iconic location. They don’t build them like this anymore. Every detail of all the beautiful wood is artwork. And there is a gorgeous view out of every window. No neighbors. And if this isn’t a dark sky area, it’s close. We could reach up and touch the Milky Way. Noelle put so much into every detail of making this a comfortable and beautiful place. You just think of something you need and you open a drawer and there it is. Lots of space for everyone. Everyone felt comfortable and well taken care of. The water from the tap tasted like it came from a spring, which I think it does. The bedding was comfy and luxurious. The towels were thick. Even the soap and shampoo were elegant. If we could give this 10 stars, we would give it 12. We’ve been to several Airbnb’s and this is truly the best we’ve experienced. The only downside is that we eventually had to go home. We will be back! Thanks Noelle, The Smiths.

From the moment we pulled up to the time we pulled out, this place felt like a home for our stay. We will definitely be staying here whenever we're in the area. Attention to detail - whether regarding cleanliness, amenities, or even design were above and beyond. I often choose a place to stay based on bedding - and the white linens and comforters were some of the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The views were phenomenal, from all directions. The back deck really took advantage of the 180* views of the stunning landscape offered. Sunrises were my favorite. The kitchen was well-equipped with tools and some basic and beyond ingredients. The only downside was that there isn't a dishwasher. But with the view setup at the sink, one cannot complain. All in all, A++++++. Can't wait to come back.
