This is adequate for one person staying one night… The room is the size of a motel room. TV is very small. The only cooking is microwave. The photos do not match. The couch, which is very low to the ground, is under the TV. There is a 2nd bed in the middle of the room, so hard to walk around to the king bed with suitcases. the parking is a very narrow dirt driveway to a backyard with piles of debris and construction materials. The entire studio is part of a very small house he has cut in half, so other AirBnB guests stay in front. You share the gate and driveway. So you have to ask them to move their car if you need to leave. Technically the map is Villa Fontana which is a high class area…but this house and its streets are not anywhere near the nice neighborhoods. You will drive very poverty stricken neighborhoods on your way. Booked for 2 nights. I only stayed 1. Guests in front also left a day earlier for reasons I describe.

for the price, perfect to shower, sleep, snack and go. no complaints there. safe parking on the street. loud dogs barking next door. bring ear plugs. tv is very small and far from bed, wi-fi a little laggy. make sure your hot water works when you get there. gas ran out, they had to replace the gas tank during my stay. open restroom window when you shower. walls and floor get extremely wet from steam. make sure you turn deadbolt to lock when inside. when you leave pull door tight and tap the lock icon, youll hear the deadbolt release and lock. i brought a small portable floor heater and firestick. booked for 3 nights, stayed for 2. major issues were addressed as soon as possible. i would stay again. thank you
