Eva and Jacob’s Cold Spring apartment is cheerful, stylish, and exceptionally clean and cozy. I’d hire Eva and Jacob as my design team any day! The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is a perfect jumping off point for exploring the area or for a day-trip to NYC. The neighborhood is peaceful and it’s an easy walk from the apartment to downtown Cold Spring and to the Metro North train station. Eva and Jacob are wonderful hosts: welcoming, kind, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The electronic guidebook they put together is super helpful and full of great recommendations for dining, hikes, and other things to do in the area. Overall, an excellent option for a stay in Cold Spring!

Eva's home is everything an AirBNB should be: a lovely apartment, beautifully designed and owned by a local who lives on-site. Eva and her family welcomed us and were quick to respond to any issues in the home. They gave some great recommendations for our family and were generally quiet and respectful. Located on a quiet street, the apartment is wonderfully decorated and near a host of great shops and restaurants. The apartment even had a small cabinet with children's toys, which our daughter loved. It's a great getaway for a small family or couple.
