Our son is attending Advanced Defense Training and Manufacturing Institute and we flew out to celebrate Mothers Day and my birthday. The house is located near the tobacco district where most of the students live so it was easy access for home to come to us. we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and visiting and walking in this beautiful historic district. The coffee store right next to the house doubles as a wine bar with music at night. it was do easy to get coffee and a yummy breakfast in the morning. I was 7 weeks out of total knee replacement and Katie arranged for extra ice so I could ice after our beautiful long walks. The River walk was a beautiful way to walk with our son, spend time and catch up. I loved being able to come back to our apartment and have some time to relax and read. The furnishings were very comfortable both in the living area and master bedroom. The unit was well supplied with washer dryer, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, paper goods and glassware.

Katie was an awesome host! She communicated so well and made us feel extremely comfortable. I left my watch there and she was so kind to ship it back. Her place is wonderful, super clean, and private. I would highly her place. You won't find a better host!

This was a great spot to stay in Danville. We had everything we needed and the mattress was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and it was a great space. It was great to be able to walk to Crema & Vine right next door.

I’ve stayed at Katie’s places many times. They are constantly clean and well taken care of. Katie communicates very well and is quick to respond when you message her. The coffee shop/wine bar next door has music on their patio some nights that you can hear through the windows, and is finished by 8 or 9 pm. It’s a nice vibe and mellow enough to tune out if you’re not into it.
