This penthouse 2 bedroom condo showcases a master bedroom w/ an attached bathroom, a work desk, and a California King bed for leg space. The second bedroom features an antique dresser, and a standard king bed. If you have 2 extra guests we have a brand new pull out sofa bed. Additionally you have a whole laundry room private to your group for your convenience. The space itself has a natural aesthetic. You get deep blues, hints of greenery, stone greys, and decorative bird art. Newly remodeled spacious 2 Bdrm 2 Bthrm. I don't think any other listing in the area offers you a Cali King Bed on the master with plenty of space floor space, and a snug but not claustrophobic Standard Kind bed in one apartment.

It was a good stay. Very convenient. Close to everything.
My family had a great time staying here. Having two kids we need extra room as opposed to a small hotel room in New York. The space has a nice quaint atmosphere and felt right at home. Thanks Christian!
Very well located apartment right next to Grove St in Jersey City where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, everything. The apartment itself is very clean and the bathrooms are nice. Note that the unit is located on the top floor of a third floor walk up building. Also we couldn’t find the temperature controls in the unit so needed to rely on a mix of the radiators and windows. Neither of these items take away from the charm and beauty of the apartment. Overall my family had a great stay.
Christian was a great host! Clear instructions for check in. Great location - few minutes walk to the PATH station. Easy access to NYC. Safe neighborhood and very clean apartment!

I've been hosting since 2015. I consider it a great blessing to still be in business all these years later. I started off living in a town house, renting the other rooms to my guests. It was one of the best experiences of my life. 2020-2021 was tough for all of us hosts, I managed to keep hosting to this day. In the future, I plan to restart the business in a warmer climate. Every guest that stays at my homes, inches me closer to that goal.
