The apartment was great just what we needed for a family of 5. The location was beautiful, I just wish there had been more to do in the evenings, as most local places shut at 9pm. Looking out to sea every morning was priceless and watching the sunset every night too.
We waited over 2 hours to checkin, they could not find our reservation that I booked back in Feb. it’s a good thing I keep good records and sent copies of my reservation and receipts. They offered NOTHING to compensate me for time and trouble. I sent emails, text and called and they said they had no record of any grievance. I have it in writing and sent screen shots, still nothing! $8200 is a lot to pay for a lack of customer service! We love Hawaii but I will NOT book anything with Avanti or Grand Welcome ever again. The lady at the front desk even said that she sees this happen and it doesn’t always turn out well and people don’t get a room. There was mold in the master bathroom shower, dead cockroach and the pictures did not match. Although they said it was the room I booked, either they had the furniture changed or it was a different room. There were no snacks in the snack basket and I had to request them more than once. Again, $8200 … really?!?!
Grounds are beautiful!. Great view from the condo! Wonderful sunsets. The kitchen was very nice with upscale appliances. Starting set of kitchen supplies including sponges, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and dish soap were provided as well as laundry detergent and shampoo and conditioner and body soap! Management company was very responsive and quick to help! I would definitely recommend this condo and KoOlina!
We had a wonderful stay here. loved the beach access an sunsets. would visit again!
We had an incredible stay at this condo. Check-in was a breeze, the AvantStay management team was very proactive with communication, and the Unit and grounds were beautiful. Views from the Unit’s lanai were absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back!
