We went to celebrate my lady's birthday and the place was very nice. The apartment was near nice restaurants and bars all walking distance which was key for our trip.

Olá, gostaria de agradecer ao Luis pela simpatia e presteza em sempre nos atender de forma rápida quando precisamos de algumas informações . O apartamento é lindo igual as fotos, uma vista maravilhosa para o parque, cemitério recoleta e o rio de la plata e nos finais de tarde uma linda vista da sacada do por do sol. O condomínio é maravilhoso com uma piscina com borda infinita com vista para o Aeroporto, parque Recoleta e o Rio de la plata. Aos redores do condomínio tem vários restaurantes ótimos, supermercados, farmácia. e pontos turísticos próximos. Para quem tem interesse a estação de metro Heras é a mais perto em torno de 7 min ate a estação e o metro é super limpo. Resumo adoramos o apartamento estávamos em dois adultos e um criança nos sentimos em casa. Um grande abraço Luis e obrigado por tudo que nos proporcionou nesta estadia de 7 dias no seu apartamento.
Excelente lugar
The perfect stay! We had been to BA once before and stayed in Palermo. This time we wanted to get a feel for the Recoleta neighbourhood. Luis' place was the perfect jumping pad for everything we wanted to do. It is so centrally located with a stunning view of the cemetery. The unit itself was perfectly appointed with everything you need. The amenities (pool, laundry) took the experience to exceptional. Everything is very new and well cared for. The bed was very comfortable. Luis is very prompt with responding and made himself available for whatever we needed. thank you!

Apartment is just 20 minutes from the Aeroparque Local Airport (AEP) by taxi and 50 minutes from the Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) with normal traffic.
The subway is 6 blocks from the new Las Heras Station Line H and is also a 20-minute walk from line D (Pueyrredon Station).
Additionally, on Av Las Heras there are several buses lines that allow access to the main Buenos Aires hotspots.
"Retiro" Buenos Aires Bus Station is 15 minutes away by taxi.
As transportation applications we recommend Uber and/or Cabify.
