This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Situated in the emblematic Jumeirah neighborhood, just few minutes walk to Kite beach. It’s just between Downtown and Marina, 10 min drive from each of it. Bus station very well connected 10 min walk and metro station 5 min drive The Guesthouse is stylish and peaceful with nice terrace and pool where you can enjoy relaxed days in Dubai.

E’ un posto stupendo
Very nice quiet cozy place close to Kite beach. The room is full of light and spacious. It also has an amazing balcony with the view to a mosque and you can see Burj Halifa from there. Small supermarket is right in front of the house which is comfy. I only did not really like the ventilation inside the house. If somebody was cooking in the kitchen, the smell of the food was always in the room. Overall I would recommend this place to stay to escape from bursting Dubai city center.
Great location, easy check in and Thouraya was helpful throughout
Cannot recommend this villa enough. Great hosts Thouraya and Mohammed. Beautiful large villa with a few minutes walk from Kite beach. Great pool and lots of areas to sit peacefully in the day to drink coffee and relax. I will definitely book this villa again next time I return. You will not be disappointed!

Kite beach is just few minutes walk, where you can enjoy coffee shops and restaurants on the beach, as well as jogging and biking area.
The airport is 15 min drive from the Guesthouse.
