It’s got room for six so would suit a family or a group of friends seeking a restorative break in Devon. The accommodation is on a quiet road on the edge of a golf course. In the dual-aspect open-plan living area, there’s a charming wooden floor and tasteful furniture, with quirky decorative touches adding to the overall appeal. When it’s time to retire for the night, you can relax in one of the three bedrooms, which are all beautifully decorated with thoughtful colour schemes. In the spacious garden, there’s a furnished paved area excellent for enjoying a cream tea, plus a sizeable lawn where children and dogs can play happily and safely. Thanks to a BBQ and a firepit, enjoy delicious al fresco feasts and hours of outdoor relaxation with your loved ones. You’ll find plenty to explore in the surrounding area, with the North Devon AONB on your doorstep and the River Taw (3.5 miles away) creating some dramatic scenery as it rushes towards the sea. You’ll be just 2 miles from the dog-friendly beach at Saunton Sands. The Baggy Point headland (4.5 miles) is a great place to absorb the rugged coastal views this part of Devon is famous for; you may even spot some rare sea birds while you’re there. Croyde (3.5 miles) and Woolacombe (5 miles) are both excellent for immersing yourself in the local surfing and paddleboarding culture and enjoying their sandy beaches.
