We were wonderfully pleased with this house and the location. We were a party of eight adults that like to kayak, bike, walk and cook. The location was perfect for us to be able to put in our kayaks from our back beach, see wonderful sunsets, walk to the ocean side and enjoy the beach, and bike the resort safely. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental. We are novice chefs and foodies and had everything and more at our finger tips, thank you. The space was also perfect for us to gather and have alone space when needed. We all had our own suites and plenty of room to be together. The management company was quick to communicate and handle any need or concern that arrived. We would definitely rent this house again

perfect getaway for a big family, lots of space, beautiful home and spot right on the water. cape and coast always got back to me right away, great group to work with. we all loved it!
