My friends and I stayed here for an LSU football game. The location was close to the bars and the stadium and was good for the price. It lacked some key cleaning supplies (no trash bags), but overall we were happy with our stay.

Kendall was very nice and responsive. However, this place was not ready for guests. The pictures made it appear clean and basic without a lot of detail. The bathtub didn't drain, the carpets looked old and dirty and definitely had not been vacuumed since the previous guest. It was clear this rental was in a transition stage as random tags were still on furniture, etc.

The Good: Kendall was very quick to respond anytime that we tried to contact him. The Bad: We settle for this place due to a late cancellation because of "emergency construction", but this duplex was not ready for guests. The handy man was still in the apartment installing lights and the entire place was never cleaned by the looks of it. There were still loose screws in the stained, crusty carpet from building the new beds, cabinet doors and drawers were crooked and filthy, a random plastic wire dangling from the attic door, and everything seemed to have a layer of dirt on it. There was no shower curtain, we had to get the handy man to use his pliers to fix the shower head and decided to not use it when the water stayed backed up and drained very slowly. We forced ourselves to stay for the first night because we had nowhere else to stay that late. However, once we realized the air conditioning wouldn't get lower than 80 degrees, we were forced to find a hotel and ask for a refund.
