It’s safe that there are some security guards in the lobby. The view is good. It’s easy to call grab.

Overall a good stay. I stayed a full 5 weeks and most of it was fine. However here are some areas of improvement. 1. Offering a mid stay cleaning. I’ve stayed at other Airbnb for this period of time and was always offered a mid stay clean. With the amount of service fee I was charged, this can be easily covered. 2. Being asked to lie about staying there. The building does not allow airbnbs and I was told at check in that I would have to lie to people if ever asked. At the price I paid, this should not be something I needed to do. 3. House layout does not make sense or thoughtful enough. No bedside table in master room, both bathroom does not have any counter space, weak showers, noisy doors, no electric outlets by desk, etc. made staying here long term a bit unpleasant 4. No communication. No one ever reached out for the duration of my entire stay. Just at check in and check out. It did not feel personable. This can either be a good or bad thing depending on you.

ok la place clean. have 3 badroom. my son enjoy the pool. kitchen small. but overall is good.. u must go bistro to take kad. nice place.. nice room..

Overall a very clean and spacious apartment, everything is still relatively new and we had an enjoyable stay, but if you have alot of luggage the key collection place is a 3 mins walk away. There is 2 convenience stores right downstairs open till late. Sunway Velocity is also a short distance away.
