Set among Liberty and Neoclassical buildings, a few steps from the sea and Piazza Unità, our house is a small heaven of peace and beauty that will leave you enchanted and will allow you to immerse yourself in one of the most well-known and characteristic neighborhoods of the city. In fact Via Cavana is the beating heart of ancient Trieste.With its workshops, vintage shops and typical restaurants scattered in every corner, you can savour the history of this place filled with nuances and culture. If you are looking for a cosy and familiar place, but above all if you like comfort, in that case our house is the perfect place for you! The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with only 10 real estate units. Internally the apartment has two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with window and a pleasant living area with kitchen and lounge area with loveseat and TV. The spacious and well-organized kitchen is complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom is complete with toilet, bidet and large shower. But the added value of the accommodation is undoubtedly the outdoor space. From the kitchen door there is access to a very intimate garden with indoor dining area connected to the kitchen. Available for guests fast internet connection, air conditioning, Samsung HD TV 40'

Hat super funktioniert. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß kennenzulernen. Davide war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben.
Davide’s place was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, showing us all around the property and sharing suggestions for places to visit and eat while we were in Trieste. He was incredibly accommodating and kind. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the showers were hot and the outdoor patio was a special plus in the evenings for a glass of wine or for morning coffee. We were a group of four and the space was large enough for us all. I would highly recommend Davide’s place to anyone visiting Trieste. A real gem!
We had a great stay at Davide‘s. The place is amazing! It is spacious, clean and neat. It is actually brand new and even nicer than in the pictures. :-) Davide gave a lot of recommendations and we enjoyed Trieste a lot. We would definitely come back! Thanks Davide!
Our stay in Trieste was perfect, except for the weather (it rained one day). However, this small shortcoming was absolutely covered by the stay in the beautiful apartment. We felt at home with our friends. The apartment was perfect, clean, cozy and also big enough for the 4 of us. The terrace with summer garden is a really luxurious bonus and the communication with the owners of the apartment is of a high standard. We appreciated the access and helpfulness of Davide who was always available and we were very pleased to be able to leave later on the day. We asked Davide to call a taxi, in 10 minutes he was in front of the house and we had a comfortable ride to the station. Highly recommended not only for the reasons stated above but also because of the excellent accessibility to all services and sights. The sea was close by, you could see it from the street in front of the house. I have been 2x in Trieste and if I come back, I will definitely go to this apartment. Great, THANK YOU!

Piazza Cavana and all the main Municipal Museums (Revoltella, Sveviano, Istriano, Sartorio, Storia Antica) and libraries (Hortis, Statale) of the city in 4.
The waterfront with the Maritime Station, the Aquarium, the Ex Fish market exhibition hall, Eataly and a lot of other stuff in 5.
Piazza Unità d'Italia in 6.
San Giusto Castle and Cathedral, Piazza Della Borsa and the dock Audace in 10.
Ponterosso Canal, Viale XX Settembre, the Synagogue and S. Marco Cafè in 15. The Central Station and pretty much all the rest in 20.
Instead, if you want to get to Miramar Castle .... in that case is better if you take the car...or even better the bicycle! ( bike sharing station “BiTS” in Hortis Square, 200mt from home!)
Arrival by train or bus from the Central Station. Take bus 30 in front of the main entrance of the Station and get off at Via S. Giorgio / Piazza Hortis or walk it takes about 20 minutes walk through the pedestrian streets of the old town.
