This place was exactly as listed. Pictures were accurate, instructions were very clear and concise. There was absolutely no need to reach out to the host for anything as everything was what it was advertised to be. I was only there for a weekend football tournament but I wish I had more time to enjoy it as the location was very peaceful and serene.

Evolve is a very large corporate short term lease agency. Their foothold in AirBNB is massive. Do they operate well? For the most part. But communication with them is painfully useless. You have to call them to get any useful information. The property itself was nice, yet there was some things that were definitely not right. -Property was definitely a "modern" flip on a 1970s house. You know it, painted paneling, windows without seals, etc. -The "smart" NEST thermostat wouldn't enable us to turn down the temperature at night (was stuck at 73, waaaay too hot for night sleeping in NC winter). -The garage was still being worked on and the windows weren't closed (nor able to be closed). So make sure that back door is locked. -Careful on rainy days. The driveway floods and you have to take it slow. -For the location, the price was definitely on the high side. Other than that, nice clean place that did what we needed it to do.

We had a fantastic stay at Evole’s location . The location was perfect, close to charlotte-concord aquarium, The Escape Adventures, iFLY charlotte and the neighborhood felt safe. The host was incredibly accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and promptly addressing any questions we had during our stay. The home itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the home & the scenic aspect. Definitely a home away from home. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would gladly stay here again in the future.
