King Bed! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene guest suite studio at Parrot Lake. Located about a mile north of St James City on Pine Island. Relax in the hot tub or swing on the hammock on our tiny island in the lake and watch the tropical birds. Feed the fish and turtles. You may glimpse our resident alligator! Spacious 600 square foot studio with king bed, en suite bathroom, living room, kitchenette and walk-in closet. Private entrance through pool lanai. Feel free to wander the property, fish in the lake or feed the turtles. Bikes available for the 16 mile bike path on Pine Island. Enjoy a game of pinball in your room.

Great place to hang and let your worries melt away. Beautiful surroundings! The hot tub and pool and lagoon and wildlife are wonderful.
Peaceful and quiet getaway. The cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in. Jodi was a fabulous host, responsive and nice. The place looks just like the pictures.

We have never stayed at a shared space and weren't sure what to expect. It was way beyond our expectations. We had our own unit with private bathroom and entrance. They only shared space was the pool and hot tub. Owners were helpful with recommendations and very friendly. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay again. House and surrounding area is BEAUTIFUL.

Quiet rural neighborhood. One mile to bars and restaurants. Half mile to county park with small beach and kayak launching.
You will need your own car or ride our bikes into St James City where there are restaurants, bars, marinas and a small grocery store. Pine Island taxi is also available.

Raised our 4 children in upstate NY and vacationed on Pine Island for 35 years. We built our retirement home in 2016 and became full time residents in 2020. We love to travel and explore new places.
