Michael's 'mid-century modern gem' was indeed a jewel!! in the perfect neighborhood tucked away from busy streets awesome for a morning walk with my dogfriend!! the entire place was so inviting &comfortable and even that exuberant pinball machine!! Michael is a very attentive host responding much faster than the posted 1 hr very convenient and accomodating will definitely be staying again!!
Simply put, it got the job done. The space was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Nice little patio in the back. Only downside was the location not having grocery/restaurants close by. Strip is just out of walking distance, a short uber ride away. Overall pricing reflected the rental fairly.
Michael's place was excellent It was well located and comfortable. The pinball machine was fun for adults and children alike. Michael was very accommodative and responsive to my calls. The neighborhood was safe. It was well worth the price.
Place was awesome, convenient location and quite beautiful neighborhood! Host was great and instructions to operate appliances and pinball were very helpful!
This is a very cool place with tons of character. I’m addicted to pinball now and having withdrawals. Michael is a great host. Location is great close to the strip and tons of shopping and restaurants close by. No issues during our stay. Ty Michael!

Paradise Palms is a Mid-Century Modern housing community in Las Vegas, Nevada located between downtown and the city's University District. It was designated as a historic overlay district in 2021, the first such recognition in Clark County. The planned community, Las Vegas' first, was the brain child of Irwin Molasky in 1960 who hired the architectural firm of Palmer & Krisel to build a community within walking distance to his Boulevard Mall and when completed drew entertainers, mobsters and other members of the city's social scene. A house originally owned by Fred Glusman subsequently featured stays by Cher, Don Rickles, Diana Ross and other Vegas entertainers. The original homes off Cayuga Parkway debuted in 1960 and were developed by Molasky and Adelson's Paradise Homes. In 1963, other builders were added to the community, including California-based Americana Homes, Tropical Estates by Vallee Development, Stellar Greens by D.L Bradley, Miranti Homes and Fontainebleau Estates by Eastern Enterprises.
The inspiration for Paradise Palms was Palm Springs, California, which exhibited a similar post-World War II population boom.The land on which the houses were built was originally part of the Stardust Golf Course, now known as Las Vegas National.
The neighborhood and construction thereof were featured in a 2011 exhibit, A Place in Paradise...the Quintessential Las Vegas Neighborhood.
The 203 bus line is just steps away. It will take you east to the strip and drop you by The Sands Casino.
Otherwise Uber and Lyfts are plentiful.
